At a major comprehensive electronics manufacturer, the digitalization and DX promotion of the HR division has been delayed, and the discovery and development of in-house HR data analysts has become a pressing issue. Most participants are beginners in data science and need to learn foundational mathematics, statistics, and programming from scratch in terms of data analysis.
